Since its Black History Month and I like fashion, I'd like to put a spotlight on some of the black designers whose styles are gracing the runways. First up....Rachel Roy's Collection. Okay she's not the quintessential "black" person, but what is really, you know the saying, one drop makes you black around here so, she's getting props from me this black history month for her style.
